#4: recipe: Roasted Black Pepper Chicken & toothache.










Salamunalaik..
Yesternight me didnt write in here. Therefore me Aunty was askin.
The reason was we sent me bro to dental visit. Late reaching home n me didn't have d chance to update.
Our yesterday menu for Iftar were:
-roasted black pepper chicken ( ayam golek)
-ayam percik ( given by someone)
-Tumis taugeh
-leftovers tumis bilis by mom n homade
-air limau kasturi
Recipe roasted blackpepper chicken.
-1/2 ayam
Bhn perap: (blend/ tumbuk je semua)
1/4 bwg besar, 2cm halia, 2 ulas bwg putih,
1sb serbuk lada hitam, 1 sb madu, 1sb gula, 1sb kicap, 1/2sk garam.
Perapkan dgn ayam (1j)-guna aluminium foil.
-panaskan oven 190 degree(api atas bawah)
-masak 1 jam. Done. Enjoice..

Today completed day3. Time flies. And our menu were:
-Air asam daging bakar
-tumis sayur kubis n keret
-lele goreng kunyit
-sambal ikan bilis tumis
-aneka cendol & sirap & akok
-paratha(for d kids ekceli)

Resepi Air Asam Daging Bakar.
Air asam jawa + perahan limau kasturi + bwg merah + cili merah + cili padi + tomato + garam + gula.

Moga ketemu lg besok ya..

Iftar day 2: resepi gulai kuning ikan masin. /resepi puding gula hangus.







Day 2 done. Alhamdulillah . All praise to Allah.

The first recipe in the above photo is taken from me sis- resepi puding gula hangus. Instead me tried another version today. The end result is not that good.(commented by the judge).

Ok.
We had
-sotong paprik.
-gulai kuning Ikan masin.
-ikan &ayam percik.
-sambal Tempe.
-tauhu goreng.
-lychee drink & kurma.
-puding gula hangus.


Resepi gulai kuning ikan asin.
Santan (kepekatan sukati)- me did cair skit.
Campak all
Serai
Asam kpg
Ikan
Kunyit
Cili blend.
Cucumber.
*kalau ada nenas lg umph.
Dah mendidih boleh taruk garam- gula.

That's all for today. Alhamdulillah masih berkesempatan ketemu 2 Ramadhan..

Resepi Kuah Percik & Daging Bakar.





Alhamdulillah completed day 1 fasting. All home made. Thanks to Instagram where me can view sis's cooking.. Get some idea from her.
Yes, resepi ayam percik as stated above.
Bawang merah+bwg putih+halia - blend.
Serai and asam keping- all taruk dalam santan and kacau hingga pekat.
Daging bakar?
Me write next time..

The menu:
Sambal bilis tempe.
Ikan & udang bakar.
Note the kuah percik.
Sayur siram sos tiram.
Kurma & sirap selasih.

Cupcake coklat for Aidan's born day.
Mother also kirim ayam percik, sambal petai, sambal tumis, soydrink n lychee drink..

Resepi Pavlova . Simple.

Dear all,
Akhirnya berjaya juga menghasil pavlova ini. Surely x perfect, but bolehla utk merasa.
The Recepi.
Meringue( base / kek nya)




*panaskan oven 140 degree , bila nak masak turun kan 110 degree.
4biji PUTIH telur
-diputar dgn max speed hingga kembang dan x menitik jika mangkuk diterbalik kan.
-then sambil putar masukkan secawan gula kastor sikit2
-then 2 sudu besar tepung JAGUNG (masih max speed)- tq for asking Mama Hilman..
-bila dah sebati- off mixer.
-pastu guna spatula utk kaupbalik(slow2 satu arah). Masuk 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila dan 1/2 sudu teh cuka.
Dah siap- letak meringue atas baking paper & masak suhu 110 utk 1 jam 15 minit.
For topping.
Me used ready made whipping cream & letak buah buah pilihan hati..
Enjoice!!!
