Homemade scone. Simple recipe!

It has been raining since early this month.
Hope that it won't be so bad.
Be it beneficial to us.

I waited so long to try this recipe. Courtesy from my school sis who has to translate it from japanese.
The Pre bake picture.(mind my tray-3 years old)

The original recipe:
200g flour mix with 2tsp baking powder.
Add 2tbs sugar, 3tbs canola oil.add chocolate chunk(as u like)
60mls fresh milk. Make into dough. Divide by 8. Bake in 200degree Pre heated oven for 17mins.

I love it. Super simple. 
The end products:
Ah yes.. 
The breakfast also self made.

Pulut Mangga & Poli Ubi Kayu.

Salam readers.
We went to the food fest near the stadium.
Saw this pulut mangga, and I bought it 
stat. The other day made it once before trying the original.
Conclusion: 
The pulut us sweet.
The sweet & sour mangga.
The santan(gravy) also sweet & sticky.
Idea.

When we went back to kampong another day, mom gave us Ubi kayu.
So Opah shared Poli Ubi Kayu recipe.

-Parut the Ubi & perah.
Hasil parutan gaul with sugar.then kukus.
The gravy:
Kepala santey add bit flour and kacau.
Done!
